  Came round and checked the job - a window that wouldn’t open, got to work and fixed our window. Did a brilliant job and clear up all the mess. Can’t fault the service and will definitely recommend to anyone Great price too!

  Change of locks when moving homes.

  Communication was first class, didn’t get the keys until 17:30 and communicated this a few days before and he said just let us know when you have the keys and I’ll be round. Barrels are anti snap, work was quick, worked around us moving everything in, very professional, friendly and explained what he was doing. Wore show protectors on floor to protect floor.

  Fitting an emergency lock for my elderly mother

  Mark was a star for coming out on a Sunday night/ Bank holiday weekend. He was quick to respond to my post. He had a difficult journey trying to find the place in the dark over an hour away from Plymouth, and he kept me informed of where he was which helped keep stress levels down. I really appreciate his help. He was very professional, friendly and very quick. I thoroughly recommend him.
