We honestly cannot rate Darren and the company and we were not disappointed. Their knowledge and attention to detail was outstanding. No corners cut the quality of their work we were so happy with. They have a can do attitude and always came up with great ideas to improve our design. They went above and beyond and we feel lucky to have found them. Plumber came out, could hear him speaking on the phone confused at what was causing the issue. Decided it was the heat exchanger and said the quote would be sent later. Never received, messaged and told it would be sent again but again nothing. New plumber from different company came and identified the issues instantly.
