I requested a quotation for providing a replacement thermostat for our electric underfloor heating. they attended He fiddled with the programmer for a while said he had fixed it and left, later emailed me the instructions which I already had a. The timer was not set up by them or it is faulty, either way that wasn't what I asked for I wanted a replacement thermostat. They attended, didn't do the job as requested or provide me with a quote, 2 months later they send me an invoice and have hounded me everyday since saying it is over due.....

My electrics blew, and needed someone asap. Contacted fusion services and Steve was there within an hour. Got us all back on and working! Which was amazing.

Dan promptly found the stop cock and carried out the task to a high standard and was clean and polite with great communication. Highly recommend

Great experience with Fusion Ltd. They came for a check and then organised all the parts and installed the new boiler. Very friendly and really helpful.. Definitely recommend and would use again! Thanks Sam.

Good communication, good time keeping, good knowledge

The guy came round on time, looked at the issue, nipped off to get relevant parts, and returned and fixed it. Was polite, and explained what the issues were, and cleaned the area afterwards. A bit more pricey than expected, but this was due to the job taking longer than expected due to difficult with access to cistern
