Great experience with Fusion Ltd. They came for a check and then organised all the parts and installed the new boiler. Very friendly and really helpful.. Definitely recommend and would use again! Thanks Sam.

Good communication, good time keeping, good knowledge

The guy came round on time, looked at the issue, nipped off to get relevant parts, and returned and fixed it. Was polite, and explained what the issues were, and cleaned the area afterwards. A bit more pricey than expected, but this was due to the job taking longer than expected due to difficult with access to cistern

Due to landscaping the job was carried out over a period of time, installation of cable, then first fix, then completion. Throughout the job the company returned at different stages to complete the work. Very satisfied and would recommend them.

Excellent work carried out. Sam was very understanding and his advice was spot on. He explained fully every step of the way . Very happy with the work carried out and I would definitely recommend and will certainly use again
