Michael and his team were great from start to finish. Very knowledgeable, really reliable and his experience made the job easy amidst the millions of decisions that come with such a project. He helped me avoid some pitfalls and his advice was really useful all the way through. The finished bathrooms have exceeded my expectations, with the skill and attention to detail as well as the pride they take in their work evident in every way. There was a leak under the bath which had caused the whole stone floor to crack and lift up. As a landlord, I have found it very difficult to find a reliable tradesperson, who will communicate well, get things sorted and give really good advice about balancing design and budget as well as being reasonably priced. I am really thankful I found Michael. He made things as easy for me as he could, he communicated with all parties and the result is a lovely new bathroom, happy tenants and a relieved landlord! He was also great at resolving unexpected issues. I would 100% recommend Michael.
