Michael sorted out our boiler plumbing and installed new Victorian style column radiators through the house taking out the old panel rads. These are not an easy install when you have crumbly old victorian plaster but he did a perfect job even bedding new pipes into the wall and plastering over. Michael is a perfectionist and is one of those rare builders that seems to care about the finished look. I recommend PlumbX to anyone and he's now contracted to fit a good friend new bathroom.

We recently had our bathroom re-tiled by Plumbx Property Services, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. The process from the initial site visit and quotation to scheduling and completion was handled efficiently and professionally. Michael did our bathroom last year to a very high standard so we had him come back to remodel our whole downstairs with a new complete toilet room, new oak flooring throughout and a completely new kitchen which involved new wiring and plumbing. Michael and his team are very professional, very reasonable with his quote and he came in on that. He's polite, respectful, trustworthy and adaptable and we would have no hesitation recommending PlumbX to anyone.. if you can get him.. There's a reason he's so busy!!

Michael recently renovated our downstairs cloakroom. I cannot recommend him more highly. We are absolutely delighted with it. He is very knowledgeable and offered great advice along the way. Very professional, excellent workmanship with an eye for detail. We would not hesitate to use Michael again.

Hired for full bathroom refurb—work was rushed and unprofessional. Silicone messy, missing, or layered over old. Two different silicone colours used, though only one was agreed. Tiles misaligned by over 1cm, poor cuts, excess grout. Towel radiator pipes scratched and uneven. Skirting and bath panel badly finished. Stud wall misaligned, now affecting door fit. After 4 months, tile is loose and bath squeaks. If you want peace of mind, I do not recommend. Many more issues, but word limit and 5 photo max.

Michael and his team were excellent. They were thorough and conscientious with excellent communication throughout. We are absolutely thrilled with our new bathrooms. Thank you for all your hard work!!
