Communication was poor This guy seems to thrive on desperate customers Was very unclear and pushy to get the job Travelled a long way and wasn’t at my property long Didn’t fix the issue and then tried denying it was his fault Finally conceded blame but wouldn’t come back to resolve Instead offered me a refund of £88 Still waiting for it.Verified reviewerJob location: WF1 1 Avoid at all costs

This guy should be avoided at all costs. Came quickly but there the positives end. Quoted £300 to fit 3 taps, sink waste, toilet valve, syphon & 3 port valve. Materials extra. Less than 2 hrs later wanted paying all but only done ball valve & 2 taps promising to come back next day with rest of equipment and fit. Online banking messed up, so gave him cash. Of course never came back cos he wanted another £400+vat for the 3 port valve fitted. Worst of all we were left with 4 leaks, no hot water in kitchen & 2 broke clips.
