Arrived in time, did the job efficiently and well and left everything tidy… happy with the results

Had a new bathroom installed by a cowboy builder, it was hard finding a firm willing to try and make good. Even the basin wasn't level, tilting to the back so any water splashed behind the taps would run off onto the floor! Ryan and Alfie did a really thorough and tidy job, and it's great having all the leaks and cosmetic issues finally sorted. We were close to ripping out the bathroom and starting again before engaging Plumbwiser. Have peace of mind now it's been fully investigated and the problem areas redone. Thanks guys (and Linda).

I’ve used Plumbwiser for plumbing issues a couple of times now and I’m pretty sure I’ll be using them again in the future if the need ever arises. It’s not perfect; I mean it wasn’t a fast or straight forward process getting a call-out booked in the last time. And, the first time, I had to get the plumber out twice because the issue wasn’t fixed correctly the first time around BUT, that said, I do still very much like them! Linda on the phone is lovely, honest and down to earth and same goes for the plumber guy I’ve had each time too. Once sorted, the work is good and my issues have been solved
