I couldn't be more impressed. Thoroughly competent but also decent and personable. The boiler was playing up and because it wasn't very old, I asked for a service. They sent someone really quickly for this and came back to do the repair the next day (only because the part had to be ordered, or he would have done it the same day). The engineer was really clear about the problem, what was needed and how much it would cost/how long it would take. He came back and did the repair just as he'd said. Top job Owen, thank you.

Engineer booked 9/9.30. checked in advance they could service our boiler. 10.30 still not here and no word. Called office and was told they had been held up and would be late. Engineer arrived around 2.5-3h late. Spent 10 mins looking at the boiler and said he couldn't service it. Something to do with it external controller and wiring. Boiler was serviced before we moved in for yrs without issue. I explained that I shouldn't have to pay for boiler service they couldn't complete. Office insisted I had to pay for a job they couldn't do.

All great, great communication, job done proficiently and efficiently, much appreciated. Jim

turned up a little late but all jobs can run a little over, plus getting around from job to job is not easy with so much traffic on the roads. He got straight on with the job and said should take no longer than an hour and within the hour job was complete. A little mix up with the payment as was asked to pay a invoice but i had paid him in cash after the completion of work. This i must stress, was easily sorted. overall i would recommend this company and it's a 10/10 for me
