Very responsive until he came out and agreed to give a quote, then stopped responding to any messages entirely.

Plumbtech have carried out work previously for me and were the only company to come back to me with a cost for replacing the valve. Needed the job carrying out in a occupancy gap in shared rental and Chris was their when arranged. Thanks a lot.

Very pleasant and understanding.Repair was quick but stayed until all the heating system up and running removing all air locks and making sure all radiators were working properly.Would definitely use this company again no hesitation on recommending.

3 companies said they were interested in the job. One didn't bother to contact us. One turned up but failed to offer their promised quote. Chris came, offered a quote and we took a chance as he seemed to be knowledgeable, extremely polite and genuine. We were proven more than right! Chris did a superb job. He arrived at the agreed time; explained and consulted at each stage; workmanship was top notch; skirting boards etc were put back and everything cleared and tidied to perfection. We would not hesitate to use Chris again.

I rang Chris in a panic when a large leak appeared in the bathroom. I had guests staying at my house and was a couple of hours drive away. Chris came out in the evening, investigated and fixed the leak. Price was explained in advance and he rang me to explain what he had found and sent pictures.
