Fixed fault with UFH. Quick and efficient, competitively priced and good communication.

Efficient and knowledgable

We had a rusted radiator needing replacement, my partner got in touch and our appointment was scheduled for within a week of first contact. On the day, I received a call that another job was finished earlier than expected and they could come a couple of hours early, which was convenient for me so we proceeded. The engineer, Gareth, was friendly and professional, got the replacement done efficiently, and also gave some advice on another issue we've had which was very helpful. Overall, very happy with the service and would recommend.

Boiler replaced and pipework modified professionally and promptly by Gareth. Boiler serviced annually (June) since and hasn't missed a beat in 5 years. Prices reasonable. Thoroughly recommended.

As normal a boiler will only go down in cold conditions when you need it most and I have to say Gaz was brilliant and managed to get a new boiler installed for us in record time to minimise the impact of not having hot water and heating when you need it most. Can’t thank enough and did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price with quality materials.

Overall excellent friendly service. The work was carried out to a high standard within the time scale given. Would definitely recommend to others.
