  Toilet bowl continuing to fill

  Contacted Plumbminto’s through the Checkatrade app to schedule an appointment after receiving an anticipated cost. George arrived on time and was very polite and helpful. The job turned out to be tricker than expected, but George talked me through what he was doing, and what was and wasn’t possible. He did a great job of resolving the issue despite the difficulties, and pointed out where we might need further work to be done in the future.

  Unblocking drain

  Leak under bath and bath plug hole damaged

  They came at short notice, the reception desk was extremely friendly helpful and sympathetic. They booked a time for same day, arrived on time, examined the leak which they were able to repair quickly. They needed to go back to local depot for a part which they did straight away and were back in about 15 minutes. Fitted and all repaired. Price very reasonable. Very pleased. Highly recommend Harry and the others. Will use again.

  Loo fitting

  Plumbminto's Harry arrived promptly on time. Sorted the mechanics of the loo flush and thus fixed the problem. The job was done and I am very happy with the job completed.

  I needed the towel radiator replaced in my bathroom.

  Communication was brilliant. I had an issue with the new radiator arriving damaged, and had to rearrange which was easy. Will arrived to fit the radiator in the time that he said he would. Will was polite and professional. The radiator was installed very quickly. I didn't have to clean up afterwards or do anything other than let him in. All in all a brilliant experience.

  Shower leak

  We needed someone to find where the leak was coming from in our shower room and stop it. Charlie was brilliant - very knowledgable and talked through all our different options. He was able to stop the leak very quickly.
