    Great work, definitely use again

    Had 2 radiators removed and 3 moved and installed. Karum was great with communicating even letting me know when he was on his way which is a rarity when working with trades. The final work was great and priced fairly. Would definitely use again :)

    Electric Shower installation

    Karum attended our property to install an electric shower. He provided clear communication on booking and was very friendly. He kept me informed on arrival time and turned up on time and prepared. Karum installed the new shower to a high standard and was very polite throughout the process Would definitely recommend and be using for future work

    Bathroom fitting

    Karum visited to provide an estimate on fitting a bath, shower, sink and tiling. He was friendly and polite. The estimate was clear, detailed, reasonably priced and explained everything in detail including potential additional costs. Communication was excellent, he texted daily to let me know he was about 10 minutes away. The work was completed to a very high standard, with great care and attention to detail. He worked extremely hard, kept everything tidy, and showed real professionalism. I’m very pleased with the results and would recommend him. He is now going to be our regular plumber!

    Radiator and related pipework removal. Topping up central heating system with corrosion prevention.

    Prompt arrival and worked well, cleaned up work areas as he went along. Also bled all radiators in the house.

    Installing radiators in rooms

    Karum recently installed two new radiators in rooms that didn’t previously have any, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was an absolute pleasure to have in our home; polite, trustworthy, and very professional throughout. His communication was excellent from start to finish, always keeping me informed and more than happy to accommodate any requests. The standard of his work is very high, and he was clean, tidy, and extremely respectful of our home and privacy, which I really appreciated while WFH. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Karum and will definitely be in touch again.
