Great communication, efficient service. I will be using the to service my boiler next year, I highly recommend 10/10.

Description of Works: Annual Service - Vaillant ecoFIT pure 825 The engineer was prompt, swift and courteous. They went above and beyond by topping up my radiators as well when they noticed during the course of the inspection that my pressure had become a bit low.

Old boiler, pump, hot water tank removed. New combi boiler fitted, central heating flushed.

I had a stuck temperature valve in the shower, the plumber came over on time and made the valve moveable again, but pointed out it needs replacing eventually.

Pipe leading to washing machine was leaking water. My plumber was late but did call me to let me know, fixed the issue and stayed while ran a quick wash to test it, and helped clean up the water after with his wet/dry vacuum. Super friendly throughout.

Plumb London was great from the first phone call, to booking the appt in an efficient manner. Luke who was a lovely guy, attended the appointment and was able to find a small leak in the boiler that would be easily missed. Heating boiler issues have since been fixed. Will call back again if we ever have any plumbing issues again.
