The communications over the phone were very friendly and made the process straight forward. There was a payment error where my deposit was forgotten about but this was fixed soon after. The shower was remasticed which I thought would have covered more of the shower area due to the expense but the work itself was fine. We had quite a complicated pipework and waste pipe realignment needed. Plumber could have been tidier, waste was brushed under the shower tray rather than thrown out and our own towels were used to wipe up dirt and water. Overall the work was satisfactory.

A detailed inspection was made before work began to see what was wrong, and to identify the replacement parts needed. This was explained to me together with the cost and length of time to complete the job. The work was carefully done and successfully completed.
