Very helpful service, solved the problem with minimal fuss and had a helpful suggestion for the rest of our hot water system.

I get my boiler serviced by Plumb London every year and they make the process very clear and transparent. Pricing is clear, any issues articulated early. They've done a few other jobs for me over the years as well and I'm always happy to come back.

Turned up at 7pm having promised to attend in the morning. Then took 5 days to phone to see if I wanted quote.

The company involved was responsible for fitting the boiler originally and I have been content with the instalment and, subsequent use/services. At this latest service the engineer was polite and answered questions that I raised. He also provided me with a written report following the service. When I asked, the company confirmed it would send me another reminder message, when the next service is due.

Great service fast and professional

Service booked a week in advance. On the day, receive a message stating the plumber that services my area is on a month-long job and unable to attend. There is no reason this should not have been known in advance. I had re-arranged work to be home, and as a result, this appointment has actually cost me money, for no actual service.
