We have had problems with our central heating system for years and have had flushes done, new pumps, new radiators all to no avail. Dan, (of Plumbles) came to change the Y-plan connections to 2 S-plan connections as our system was switching from heating to hot water within seconds of coming on. This needs a re-wiring and re-piping of our system, and drain down and refill. He also added some cleaner when all the work was done. I think Dan thought it would be about 3 hours, but it took him 5 and he didn't charge us any more and stuck to the original quote which I thought was very genuine.

The gentleman who came to service the boiler was very nice. I had received a text message 10 minutes before to say he was on his way, which I found really helpful. He carried out the service extremely efficiently. I would definitely use this company again.
