Superb service. Not an easy job like a straight boiler swap. Had to replace the main gas feed, relocate the boiler and remove the old water tanks etc. Did a great job with little notice. Full Worcester warranty and received the Gas Safe certificate in the post days later. Won't go anywhere else now. Brilliant company.

Ben Brokman contacted me about 5 minues after posting the job and was at m rental flat within 30 minutes to see what was needed. He gave me a date the work could be done and after my accepting his quote he was as good as his word. The work was undertaken on the date specified and accordbg to my tenant the job went without a hitch. Deposit of half the quote was done by bank transfer and final payment was made on completion of wok. Ben phoned to ask if I was satisfied with the work and I confirmed that I was more than satisfied and very impressed with his timing and eagerness to please.

Very professional in all aspects of the job from initial quote to final completion. Cannot find fault in any aspect of the job, very pleased with the result.

We arranged to have a new boiler and shower fitted and were told it would be a 2 day job. The boiler installation went well, however there was no electrician available to install our new Hive so this had to be fitted at a later date. It all started to go wrong with the shower. We had to change our shower the day before fitting as ours wasn't available We had wall board fitted and they wanted to fit differently to agreed. It wasn't finished in the day We had unfinished electrics as no electrician and first time using it leaked. We are still waiting for the ceiling to be fixed and panel fitted

Called to confirm time of visit. Serviced the boiler in a very efficient manner.
