From the start they came and checked out everything that needed doing and I mean everything. Down to little things that when asked another top company were telling me I would have to get separate workman in. They gave me a price and stuck to that price. The installation was smooth and the engineers made everything look good and addressed any questions or concerns I had. I would highly recommend these.

What a wonderful job. From start to finish was amazing.Prompt and quickly identified problem. Ordered parts there and then, picked them up and back within no time to fix.Most professional job I have ever experienced and taking time to explain absolutely everything needed in great detail. Went way beyond necessary and all for wonderful price.Would now never consider any other company.

Superb service. Not an easy job like a straight boiler swap. Had to replace the main gas feed, relocate the boiler and remove the old water tanks etc. Did a great job with little notice. Full Worcester warranty and received the Gas Safe certificate in the post days later. Won't go anywhere else now. Brilliant company.

Ben Brokman contacted me about 5 minues after posting the job and was at m rental flat within 30 minutes to see what was needed. He gave me a date the work could be done and after my accepting his quote he was as good as his word. The work was undertaken on the date specified and accordbg to my tenant the job went without a hitch. Deposit of half the quote was done by bank transfer and final payment was made on completion of wok. Ben phoned to ask if I was satisfied with the work and I confirmed that I was more than satisfied and very impressed with his timing and eagerness to please.
