We’ve used Jon for a number of small jobs over the years, having discovered him in the small ads of the local paper (when they came free through your door!) This time we needed a new basin and toilet fitted in our cloakroom. We all (including Jon) soon realised the toilet needed re-positioning to get the best finish. Jon managed to quickly scheduled in the extra work required. He has done a great job and has left the room very neat and tidy.

Jon did a superb job refitting our entire bathroom. He was super thorough, kept us informed along the way, and worked really hard (with long days!) to get it all finished in a tight timeline. I’m so pleased with the end result - thank you so much!

Jon was excellent from start to finish, very professional plumber with quality & pride with how he went about the task, he kept things simple & always left the work areas tidy at the end of the day.

The whole process was very thorough and we were always consulted if there was any doubt. Even if things didn’t go as planned things were still sorted. The words that sum up the job was ‘careful’ and ‘thorough’.

Jon came to fix our slow waterflow issue in several bathrooms. He replaced the shower thermostatic cartridges and checked the non-return valves and filters. Waterflow has improved, back to the norm like before. One happy customer. Thankful for Jon coming to the rescue. A lovely chap with a good attitude and workmanship. Would definitely call him again.
