  Pressurised Hot Water System fixed in a matter of hours

  Very knowledgeable, practical, proactive and friendly. Having been without hot water for 27 days, Lewis had the problem diagnosed and repaired within 3 hours of first contact. Cannot recommend highly enough! If you need a good plumber, PWS is the place to go.

  Skilled and thorough leak detection

  I had a persistent ceiling leak and needed someone to investigate urgently. The plumber who came was extremely thorough, professional and knowledgeable. He checked every part of my property — all the pipes, boiler, ceiling void, and the pattern of the water damage — and explained everything clearly as he went along. He took his time, used proper diagnostic techniques, and didn’t rush the inspection at all. Exceptional service and highly recommended.

  Leaking stopcock and toilet cistern flexihose

  Lewis was a breath of fresh air having been let down by a previous plumber. Absolutely brilliant. Appointment made for early morning following day to fit in with tenant's work schedule. Arrived as promised. Kept me updated on work required and cost via text messages and photos on WhatsApp. Fixed all issues same day. Very professional and friendly. I will definitely be calling Lewis to carry out work planned for later this year.

  Tap leaking
