There aren’t enough characters to describe the full events but here is a summary:- Arrived to install a supplied cistern. Unable to fit stating that the part supplied with the cistern was incorrect and caused a leak. Agreed to attend the next day. Didn’t show and didn’t communicate that they weren’t returning. They also stole the cistern mount. Had to get another plumber in. Discovered that there wasn’t a faulty part and plumber paramedics had cut the flush pipe too short, which caused the leak. Job location: SS4Carn and his team saved my lovely cottage that I rent out. After 6mths of various plumbers inspecting the leak with no result, I finally found Plumbing Paramedics, who found the cause immediately and not only that, they worked over the weekend so as not to waste any more time. Carn replied immediately and was in contact with me throughout the whole procedure, which was very important as I don't live in the area. Highly reliable, trustworthy and professional.- JJemma P
