Josh came the day after we posted the job, and was polite, friendly and professional. When the new part he’d fitted still leaked he went out to get a replacement and redid the job until it was fixed, despite it being well after 6pm. Very impressed.

Josh gave me a time of when he could come to carry out the repair, estimate of cost and let me know when he was on his way. He carried out the repair to a high standard, left no rubbish behind and considering it was a Saturday call out, the price was fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend him.

I had a leaking shower, but didn't know the true source. Despite the rather ambiguous task, Josh was able to identify possible issues and was able to find and fix the problems. Josh was efficient, experienced, and honest, and it’s reflected in the work he carried out, combined with great communication, tidy work and good time management. It’s a strong recommendation :)
