Jerry came to replace our existing bathroom mixer tap. It was very old, and due to the existing pipework it was EXTREMELY difficult to get to. All the retaining fittings were stuck fast, and at one point he seriously asked if someone had superglued them on! Despite Jerry’s excellent kit designed for the purpose, he had to apply considerable force to eventually get them free, and it took a while to wind them down their long threads, as due to their position and inconvenient existing pipework he could only turn them an eighth of a turn at a time – no fun! Jerry came out for a plumbing crisis when my elderly mother's toilet was leaking. Jerry was prompt, courteous, very reasonably priced and went above and beyond in reassuring both myself and my mother. I could not rate this service more highly.

Jerry, came to replace our hot tap - which was a bigger job than expected, he arrived on time and got stuck in.

We are absolutely delighted with the quality of the work done by Jerry. He responded promptly to our request to come and assess a problem that we had with our shower, provided a professional quotation and then scheduled and completed the work at a time that suited us. Throughout the process, he was clear about the nature of the problem, how this could be fixed and any risks that might impact time or cost, so there were no surprises. Jerry’s communication and timekeeping was excellent and he completed the work efficiently and without issue leaving the area tidy. We would highly recommend.

Jerry was absolutely fantastic. He was extremely professional, personable, and took pride in his work. Whilst fixing two broken radiators, which were unique, to say the least, he took the time to explain exactly what he was doing at each stage, breaking things down in a way that was easy to understand. It gave me real confidence that the work was being carried out to a high standard and that there would be no surprises. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jerry to anyone looking for a trustworthy plumber, and I will definitely be calling him again for any future work.

Couldn't be happier really with Jerry (like most of the other reviews from the looks of it) he came round at short notice for a horrible job-outflow from our only toilet had split. Sorted it on his first attendance. A day or two later I noticed a drip from the bottom of the cistern (another plumber had replaced a cistern part the previous week !!) he came round promptly and sorted that problem in record time and didn't charge me for the 2nd attendance even though I'm sure the problem was down to the previous plumber.
