Dan was brilliant, he arrived on time and sorted the problem out very quickly, very easy to deal with, great communication and charged a very fair price. I would highly recommend Dan and would use him again without hesitation.

We had a number of plumbing issues we needed resolving. Within five minutes of arrival Dan had fixed one of those (we'd had other people look and just scratch their heads), within ten a second. He then suggested quick and straightforward solutions to two others, which were carried out. The final one was less straightforward, and less critical, so after some discussion we decided to do nothing. At no time did he pressure us to do something unnecessary; his priority was always what we wanted and needed. Very reasonably priced and arranged appointments at our convenience.

My nephew is 50 years old and autistic. He lives alone but very wary of new people. His shower failed recently. The reality was the pipework was not fit for purpose and the enclosure was well past its sell by date. Enter Dan. Dan gained my nephew’s confidence and trust - not an easy thing to achieve. Such that my nephew was happy to work with Dan. Dan reviews the situation, made a practical suggestion for resolving the problem. He implemented the solution, no drama, no fuss. Left a clean site and a fully functioning shower that my nephew is very pleased with. I’ve no hesitation to recommend.

Called Dan who came by the next day to provide a quote, then carried out the work within a week. Great communication, well priced, tidy. Would thoroughly recommend.
