  Whole new boiler fitted

  Chris and his team worked very hard a few days before Christmas to make sure I had heating and hot water. They were very respectful to the family at home and very friendly and communicated well. I would highly recommend them and will not go anywhere else myself. Thank you

  Replacement Boiler

  The response from Plumbing & Heating SVCs Ltd, after my boiler broke late one evening was second to none. The boiler being 13+ years old, and suffering multiple system failures had to be finally laid to rest but the above company not only replaced my boiler the following day, but did it at a very reasonable price. Chris and his colleague were fantastic! Arriving on time, communicating information, polite and very tidy. The workmanship not only far exceeded the previous installation, but I received my Gas certificate, invoice and registered 10 year guarantee the same night. Terrific job!

  Boiler service

  Chris turned up on time, was polite and courteous to the fact that I was working from home. He caused little disruption to me. I have since recommended them to a couple of friends and they have also been pleased.

  Boiler broke down. No heating or hot water

  Seemed professional. Came out next day and diagnosed the problem. Shut down the boiler. I paid the invoice. He was to send a quote through for fixing it asap. Never received the quote or any explanation. British Gas came and fixed it for me.

In this case, we did email over a quote for the work, but as we didn’t hear back assumed that you didn’t wish to proceed. It seems that our email went astray or perhaps into your junk folder - we will look into things on our end. We would advise in situations such as these to drop a quick text to check on the progress as it would stop misunderstandings like this. We’re pleased you managed to resolve the problem though.   Boiler not working

  Chris called as arranged, in fact phoned to see if he could come earlier. Was able to find the problem and fix it, although we were aware the boiler is on its last legs as it is 30+ years old. Very polite and friendly and very reasonably priced. Will use again.
