Jamie popped round same day and got our radiator installed within an hour. Was really friendly and knowledgable letting me know what he was doing along each step- workman ship to a high quality- highly reccomend!

The owner of the company doesn’t handle the jobs he delegates so all communication has to be repeated to engineers he send out. Was 6 hours late to the job had to call and chase. Once they arrived they completed half the job in all honesty. Then said they’d come back to complete the rest. Owner of the company ignored my calls for days and I had to log a complaint with Checkatrade to get a response. Once he responded he insulted me via WhatsApp in a fit of messages. Felt very threatening in tone. I would not recommend. Highly unprofessional. Cheap for a reason in my opinion.
