Replaced outside tap

Phoned for emergency leak, dripping through kitchen ceiling. Good response and attended and traced leak. Accessed through bedroom floor, after moving bed, built in unit and carpeting. F Fixed very promptly with little mess (which was cleaned up) and re-instated foooring, carpeting and unit. Finally repositioned the bed. Excellent all round and I would not hesitate to recommend. I felt rates were pretty good too!

Fab customer service from start to finish and taps were replaced quickly! Great company!

Plumb First are excellent! Great communication.. came out on a Sunday to inspect the problem… new cistern and new kitchen tap fitted in 1.5 hours 2 days later very efficiently. Friendly and respectful. Will definitely use them again!

Fantastic company! I would highly recommend them. I came home from work one evening to find water had leaked over the kitchen floor. I phoned Plumbfirst - they arrived later that same evening and sorted it out pronto! Thank you so much - great to find a company who will go that extra mile for the customer

I contacted Checkatrade as I had a leak under my kitchen floor that needed immediate attention. I heard from Jason straight away. He re planned his day so he could come and sort it out for me, which he and his colleague did. They were polite and efficient. I really appreciated what they did and would definitely recommend Plumbfirst
