Fab customer service from start to finish and taps were replaced quickly! Great company!

Plumb First are excellent! Great communication.. came out on a Sunday to inspect the problem… new cistern and new kitchen tap fitted in 1.5 hours 2 days later very efficiently. Friendly and respectful. Will definitely use them again!

Fantastic company! I would highly recommend them. I came home from work one evening to find water had leaked over the kitchen floor. I phoned Plumbfirst - they arrived later that same evening and sorted it out pronto! Thank you so much - great to find a company who will go that extra mile for the customer

I contacted Checkatrade as I had a leak under my kitchen floor that needed immediate attention. I heard from Jason straight away. He re planned his day so he could come and sort it out for me, which he and his colleague did. They were polite and efficient. Had a leak from under my kitchen sink, Jason came out to see it and had the needed parts collected and fixed the next day. Very understanding about the current cost of living crisis and the kindness makes certainly makes a difference!

I was absolutely overwhelmed by the prompt service, the skills of the fitter, and what a total gentleman this guy was. I cannot speak highly enough about his professionalism, skill, but above all his customer skills were different class.
