Duane lived up to the company name and plumbed fast! He did a great job at very short notice to dig us out of a hole when we'd been let down. We can now get on with out kitchen installation. Duane was great and friendly. Came out the next day, changed the parts needed and found a different issue I didn't realise was there. Went to get those parts and did that for me the same day!
