  Duane was great and friendly. Came out the next day, changed the parts needed and found a different issue I didn't realise was there. Went to get those parts and did that for me the same day! Also had to deal with an awkward part of the wall in my new(ish) build house. Would recommend for sure.

  I called for help to fix an emergency leak. They confirmed time of arrival and worked hard to reach the most awkward location behind the kitchen cabinets. Replacement connector. All sorted quickly and efficiently. Friendly service. Thanks a lot.
