10 They got me out of a big hole!

Job location: SS16Called Plumb Essex with a broken stopcock and nail through one of my upstairs pipes. They (Zach) were round within the hour to carry out the repairs. Great service, went over and above, even offering to help put back all my floor boards that I ripped up. Very reasonable considering the urgency. Will use them in the future.10 Great service and nice guys.

Excellent service when Zac came to help when we discovered a leak under the bath, then later returned when a few maintenance issues were fixed. Very friendly, helpful and clean workers. Zac came and cleared the blockage in the toilet quickly and efficiently thank you so much it was this morning on a Sunday another guy offered tomorrow but if you only have 1 toilet you need it to be working. The plumber was excellent. Very professional, efficient and easy to work with from start to finish. Fixed leaking valve by replacing seal and sorted the problem with no fuss at all.
