Our bath was draining increasingly slowly and Tom responded promptly to a request to clear it. The initial attempt revealed a bigger problem which required further investigation to verify the diagnosis. The diagnosis proved to be correct and required a section of the waste to be cut out , the blockage (scale) could then be removed and the section of pipe replaced. Tom did all of this to a high standard and with good communication of the problem and potential solutions. We remain very satisfied customers of Tom's service.

My washing machine filter was leaking resulting in a flooded kitchen floor. I rang Tom, who is my go to plumber I've used many times. He responded quickly and was with me in just over an hour
