Excellent, efficient service! Tom came out incredibly quickly and diagnosed our leaking shower right away. He even called the supplier to make sure we ordered the correct part, and came back to install it perfectly. It's been working great ever since. Tom was friendly, knowledgeable, and left the place spotless. Highly recommend!

Tom has carried out several jobs for us and my mother in law, the most recent being last week when he fixed a defective kitchen sink. What impresses me most is that he turns up when he said he would, identifies the problem and gets on and fixes it with no fuss or time wasting and at a reasonable price.

Tom has been to do work for me on numerous occasions. He is always very helpful in offering a quick appointment and is very knowledgeable and professional. He is solution driven and rather than telling me a problem can’t be fixed finds a way to sort it out. Highly recommend.
