I was given a quote for work up front, and it was a leaking kitchen tap that I wanted fixed, the quote was for either repair or worse case scenario replaced. As it was it was mended and the work was undertaken swiftly. The area was left clean and dry! And the whole thing sorted very quickly.

Despite being delayed by an earlier job and Friday traffic, Tom committed to completing the job, kept us informed on arrival time. He was positive, professional, communicated everything going on, ensured al the water system was back up after finishing and cleared everything up after the job. Quote was clear and kept to with no surprises. Although a relatively small job will definitely consider him again in the future and highly recommend him.

We had a leak from our bathroom waste pipes which came through our kitchen ceiling and caused a lot of damage. Tom came round and replaced the waste pipes, made sure they were all clipped and secured and tested them very thoroughly before he left to make sure they were all good. He did an excellent job and tidied up nicely afterwards. A great job and a very nice guy, I would definitely use him again.
