    A great prompt, polite and helpful service was provided by everyone concerned from start to finish, my only criticism would be that for such a service, it comes at a price, yes, expensive. which we paid for to get our emergency out of the way, AND which also covered remedial work as well, thank you.

    Excellent plumbers/excellent customer service.

    We called PHD Plumbers for an emergency call out sue to a serious leal in the upstairs bathroom toilet. We were told that an engineer would be with us in around 45 minutes sure enough he arrived not long after that. The problem was fixed very quickly and no further issues have been experienced. Three plumbers were called prior to PHD and they simply did not want to know. Well Done PHD - would highly recommend,

    Friendly efficient service

    Calum was polite, friendly and reassuring. He fixed a leaking toilet within an hour and left the bathroom tidy.

    Drainage liner

    Jadon attended today & fitted a resin linner to 2 drains which were badly cracked. We were very pleased with the result and also with the very prompt service received from Plumbers 365. Would recommend and use again. Very pleasant, hard working, clean and tidy.
