    Swift, neat and competent.

    James arrived to assess the work that needed doing (pipe at the back of bathroom sink) arranged to return the next day with the part and also to replace the element in the water tank in the loft. Both jobs were carried out swiftly, neatly and competently. We've had James doing work for us twice before and never had a complaint. Fair pricing too.

    Sorting drains and pipes that don’t work!

    The whole process was excellent from booking the appointment to the engineers (Mitch and Owen) who came to fix the problem. The engineers were polite, punctual, worked efficiently and gave good, expert advice. They were easy to talk to and very knowledgable and skilled. I would have no qualms about using this company again and recommending them to friends and family. Thank you Mitch and Owen and the whole team.

    Drainage problem fixed on time and reasonable cost.

    I had a section of drain manufactured from pitch fibre which after 50 years was starting to blister and cause blockages. I asked Plumbers 365 for a quote to fix the problem. Within a day Lorenzo arrived to carry out a camera survey and provide a quote. This was accepted and within a week Lee arrived to carry out the work. I was very pleased with the work. Lee explained in detail what he was doing and carried out the work to a high standard. Having been a project manager on building sites I could see that Lee was a doing a proper job. I would recommend this company.

    A professional job

    Zac persevered with a difficult job which he completed without losing a sense of humour but in a professional manner. He left the site clean and tidy and left us very pleased with the result. I would certainly employ him or the company again should the need arise.
