    Blocked drainage

    Verygood,Came on the 19th January found the problem and on the 20th January completed the repairs.

    Septic tank pipework repair.

    Made contact with Plumbers 365 on a Saturday morning regarding backing up in drain to septic tank. Engineer Jack arrived in about an hour. He decided fairly quickly that it was a bigger job than rods could deal with as there had been a fracture of the interseptor by the tank. Arranged for repair next day ( Sunday). Owen and colleague arrived 9.00 am and by 12noon had completed the repair. Site left tidy including replanting daffodils which had to be moved so access could be obtained. Very pleasant and helpful work team. Will certainly recommend if opportunity arises.

    Satisfactory finish.

    The plumber(Jaidon] was very thorough and once he located the problem. he set about clearing the problem. I was very pleased with all the work he did and he did not leave until he had satisfactorily solved the problem. He kept me informed throughout and he had a very professional attitude and was determined to solve the problem.

    Excellent service

    Customer service was excellent. Subsequent Survey and repair/ lining to 2 drains was carried out efficiently by knowledgable and friendly engineers. Site was left immaculate.

    Gentleman arrived as arranged. Checked the problem and resolved it. Discussed options to stop reoccurring and will make new appointment to finalise work when new tap purchased.
