I’m not normally a person to leave reviews, but this was a fantastic experience. Not only did Collin turn up on short notice and fix the problem straight away, but his values and manners really shined through and he’s a great guy. He changed such a cheap rate compared to others and did a much better job. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Thank you

Colin was very responsive and easy to communicate with. He was very clear about the time needed for and cost of the work. He carried out the work to a high standard and we were very pleased with the results. Highly recommend!

Couldnt ask for a more professional experience, first time using checkatrade and i must say thanks to plumbear i will be coming back. Communication was swift and to the point polite and honest. Work was carried out within days of initial contact. Price was very reasonable for the work undertaken. Everything was spoken about prior to being done and not a single awkward silence even with my overbearing standing over the poor guy the entire time (i enjoy watching things get fixed) Thank you again and couldnt ask for a better eperience. Rang late afternoon and arrived at 9am the next morning (A Sunday) and was here for over an hour as was a very stubborn job. Was keeping me informed on what he was doing and why he was doing it. Couldn’t rate highly enough.

The plumber turned up on time and completed the work, there and then, on first visit. Identified leaking inlet valve during the job and replaced that, again, there and then, for a small additional charge.

Great, professional, efficient and prompt service. Would recommend !!
