He arrived on time, fixed the shower, was friendly throughout his time and gave me good feedback. He was here to fix a bad workman’s problem and when I told him I was concerned he might do the same thing. He assured me that Checkatrade would check his work and that he would come back and complete any bad installation free of charge I was most happy to hear that thank you
