I was happy from the start as the communication was good, I felt reassured of their reliability and the quote for the work seemed fair. The work was scheduled quickly and everything ran to time. The job felt efficient but not rushed. There was some visible pipework to be done which I was fully consulted on and the job was left very clean and tidy. The work required was fully discussed beforehand and the workings of the boiler in layman's terms was also appreciated. I felt well informed along the way. The work and the boiler are under guarantee. Would use again.
