I was kept informed on the arrival time of Ollie, including informed when he had finished his previous job. Ollie was informative and kept me up to speed with what he needed to do.

After being let down by another Plumber, I phoned Plumbarios and Oliver came same day to look at the problem. He returned next morning with the parts needed and completed the job. He was friendly and professional and did a good job. Will certainly keep his number for any future needs.
