Communication and punctuality for initial quote was excellent. Well priced compared to others Oliver had to call a few times to delay the job due to issues with part delays with supplier (not the his fault and he kept us in the loop). We recommended waiting for parts to arrive before booking in appointment which worked better. Appointment went smoothly on the day. Really happy with the results, parts supplied and fitted appear good quality, been a week or so since work was done and no issues have come up. Overall would use again, Oliver is easy to deal with and did a great job.

Oliver came and measured the radiators then went and priced up the work before I committed. On date to help replaced them, he was on time prompt and explained everything. He was very tidy and cleaned up afterwards leaving ilme with no mess.

Responded to my original request very quickly, they were communicative and had a 'can do' attitude when reviewing the job. Very accommodating in fitting my work into a weekday evening. The pump has made such a difference and has been working brilliantly for the last 3 months.

We've used oliver before he's great, I'd happily use him again. He always does a great job, reasonably priced, good at what he does and a nice bloke.
