0 Boiler Replacement

It all began in October 2023 when Kevin installed a new boiler in my property. From that point forward, it has been one problem after another, leaving me exasperate Determined to get to the root of the problem, I called in the manufacturer's engineer, who quickly identified the issue - a leaking flue that was allowing condensate water to corrode and short out the heating system. This was the very same problem that Kevin had supposedly addressed during his previous visit. Clearly, he lacked the expertise and competence to properly diagnose and rectify the problem. We thought our boiler was a goner but Kevin was a super star, ordered us a new part and installed it for us in no time and I’m pleased to say I haven’t had an issue since - if anything my radiators have never been hotter and neither has my water. The guys at plumbable did a great job at installer my new boiler after my old one broke down, I spoke with Kevin and he quickly arranged to come out see if my old one was fixable and quote me for a new one to be fitted. I decided I wanted a new one and he was very helpful and knowledgeable on what would suit my households needs best.
