Very bad service

I cannot recommend this company enough. The job turned out to be ready tricky but they stuck at it and didn’t leave until it was perfect. Thank you

On the positive side, the company responded very quickly and were the only one to get back to me. They had someone out within the timescale promised. However, they did not fix the problem. They fitted a new seal that was far too big and went a bit overboard with silicone sealant, I think in an attempt to fill gaps. The old seal that they said was defective has now been replaced by another plumber and the leak has stopped.

Plumb247 were really good, the managed to squeeze us in next day. Kept me updated throughout the day to let me know exactly when they were going to arrive. When they arrived the plumber was very clean and tidy and completed the work quickly and to a high standard. Once the work was completed he checked for leaks and explained exactly what he'd done and showed us to make sure we were happy with the completed job. He tidied up the area once he was done too. Would highly recommend and would definitely use them again in the future.

Plumb247 were really good, booked us in for the next day. Plumber texted me throughout the day before arrival to let me know exactly when he'd get here. Plumber arrived and was clean and tidy, did the job quickly and to a high standard, checked for leaks afterwards and explained exactly what he had done and showed us everything to make sure we were happy with the work he'd done. Would highly recommend and definitely use them again in future.
