the plumber looked at the phoyos sent regards work to be done. He arrived at 10:30 the next day. shut the water supply off and removed the leaking connector. He the cleaned the pipe and put on a new crimp on through connector. Turned the water back on and checked for leaks. None found. He replaced the floor boards and tidied any mess up. As he was carrying out the repair he explained to us what he was doing. Very good communication.

I needed my toilet fixing due to it leaking when flushed. I contacted Check a Trader early Saturday evening. Saraj messaged me with a quote that I was happy with. He arrived Sunday morning and after having a proper check of the toilet he quickly ascertained the exact reason for the leak. The cistern was at an angle in order to reach the down pipe, thus damaging the rubber seal. He moved the cistern slightly to re-align correctly and replaced the seal. I was impressed by the fact that he stuck with the quoted price despite the work involved. I would definitely recommend him.

The job turned out to be far more difficult than expected because of what he had to work with, but Carl took it all in his stride and did an outstanding job fitting a proper stop tap.
