Nick came to service the boiler on a very short notice and was very professional. After completing the task did not mind to spend a few minute answering my queries about the boiler and was extremely helpful. Would recommend.

Was contacted by Nick in under 30 minutes, arrived 2 days later and installed the new range cooker with ease, he had to move the mains gas pipe to obtain gas regulations as mine was out of legislation, job done under 2 hours. Clean, efficient and knowledgeable, I would highly recommend Prochl ltd. 🌟🌟

Posted my job on Monday evening and Nick was able to come Tuesday afternoon. Replaced my outdated kitchen tap with awkward access in under an hour and even updated the connections to allow easier replacement in the future. Top quality work!

We recently had Nick visit our property, and the service was excellent from start to finish. He arrived on time, was professional, polite, and clearly very knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing in a way that was easy to understand and completed the work efficiently to a very high standard. The work area was left clean and tidy, and it was clear that he takes pride in his workmanship. It’s refreshing to find someone who is reliable, honest, and genuinely cares about providing great customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Will be using his services again.
