Booked a few weeks in advance of a small tiling job having provided pictures and discussed the work required. One working day before the job was due to start, asked some further questions (which, as a professional, could and should have been asked at the time of booking). At 4.15pm the day before the work was supposed to start, PLM Tiling said they couldn't do the job and cancelled.

Paul was recommended to me by a mate, very impressed by his work.

Very efficient service, Paul got the job done to an excellent standard in quick time. Communication was good, with Paul having no issues with me pushing the date back a couple of weeks for the work to be done whilst I sourced an extra box of tiles.

Paul did a beautiful job of my on-suite, very professional and polite and also tidied up after himself.
