  Pawel and his team have worked tirelessly to transform my buy-to-let property into a high quality rental. From expert full house decoration, to replacing entire bathroom joists and flooring, he's been invaluable to me to get this place highest rental revenue. He goes above and beyond and will not be defeated by any challenges that come along. He also has a clear point of view, offering advice, conducting assessments, making great recommendations that I always appreciate. I'd highly recommend him for any building work.

  Replaced drain

  Pawel responded to my enquiry instantly and had a team over there the same day. The external drain outlet had collapsed and needed fully replacing. They quickly got to work sharing photographs as they went. The job was completed quickly, without any issues. I would strongly recommend Pawel for any building work, reliable, diligent and highly skilled team of guys.

  Bathroom leak

  PI services were great sorting this small but annoying job out. They were quick to respond by both phone and text and came within 24 hours. It took 2 visits to solve the situation but Pawel who did the work, was polite, courteous, knowledgable , tidy and on time on both occasions. He was keen to ensure I was happy with the work & I felt nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend and will be using the company again I'm sure.

  5 bathrooms fitted in HMO

  PL Carpentry and Joinery provided a quote that was reasonable to fit 5 en-suite bathrooms in a HMO. We were really pleased with the work that was completed and Pawel kept us informed of progression and any issues all the way through the works. The main thing that was really an advantage is that Pawel gave advice where he thought parts of the existing planned layout would not work and offered solutions. I would definitely recommend this company.
