  Moving a van of furniture to a 4th floor flat

  I highly recommend Plaza. They were the first company to respond and came around the following day to price the job. Their commilunication was exceptional. The team.who did the move were super efficient and helped put some extra furniture together.

  Moving a 5-bedroom house

  The team were very nice to work with. The onot problem was that we had two different teams for the two days of the move which seemed odd. The person who came to survey was easy to work with. The supervisor who came on the second day didn’t really want to talk to us, just asked a bunch of questions to the movers and after making some calls drove away. Ultimately, the team moved our goods, nothing was damaged, everything was delivered to the room of choice, all packaging was removed and the both teams stayed well into the night to complete the move. Much appreciated!

  Plaza Removals did an excellent job helping me to move from a house to an apartment on the second floor, with no lift! They were very helpful, courteous and professional. The team assisted in positioning the furniture in the preferred spots in the apartment. The move went very smoothly. Very good experience.

  Packing and house move

  It was a struggle but we got there. While the movers were all good lads who were eager to please and took care not to damage items or the property we were moving into, the packers who came the day before were not great. Would have been better to do the packing myself and ask Plaza just to do the transportation. Overall though their customer service was great and I'm happy with how the move went.
