  From start to finish communication was good and fully informative, with everything confirmed in an email after discussing the work required. Had new membrane, battening & new tiles where needed fitted and repointing of chimney - despite the awful weather this was done quickly and with very little disruption. The guys doing the work were polite, considerate and cleared away all rubbish daily. The work was invoiced on completion.

  Within five minutes of me booking an appointment Arthur contacted me and we quickly established I needed work completed urgently. He arranged for his men to come early (at a rather ungodly hour) so I could work uninterrupted. But the time I needed to start work, I had photos of my roof, a complete understanding of what needed to be done and a quote and some lovely men working on my roof. The work was completed in a very timely manner and to a very high standard. I am so impressed and I cannot thank you all enough for your professionalism and kindness

  Fantastic service!

  Fantastic work carried out by these guys; had all of my guttering / down pipes / fascia’s etc all replaced; there was quite a lot to get done and I really needed it all done on a tight schedule of which they were more than willing to help achieve. Great work; friendly service recommend these guys to anyone!

  Arrived promptly and carried out work to a number of slipped and defective roof tiles efficiently and cleanly. Gave me honest feedback and would definitely use them again. Arthur and his boys were a pleasure to deal with.

  Guttering repair

  James and son have been excellent throughout our dealings with them. We received a quote promptly and they fitted us in quickly. They were prompt and courteous and explained what they were doing in fixing our guttering. Gave an extra call at the end to check we were happy with the work completed. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use again.
