I can't praise Platinum Plumbers highly enough. They ripped out the old bathroom, including the plaster down to the brickwork on the two outside walls, fitted insulated plasterboard, re-plastered & painted, installed new tiles, radiator, heated towel rail, bath & shower unit, heat recovery ventilator, basin & WC unit, illuminated mirror & wall hung cabinet. The boss is thoroughly professional, caring & honest. The guys who did most of the job are incredibly hard working. They motored through the work faster than I thought possible & cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day.

Excellent job by Sam and very quick response to the plumbing issue we had by Rob and the team. Highly recommended.

Project management and communication were excellent. Work completed efficiently and on schedule.

Some of my underfloor heating zones are not heating up, when I check the manifold the flow rate is at 0. But I cant adjust it at all, additionally the actuators on the return valve don't seem to be opening when I adjust the thermostat. They came out the next day and managed to diagnose the issue

Excellent service from Platinum. Our boiler broke so we called them. Rob came out quickly and gave us a fair estimate for the work. Sam did the boiler replacement and system flush. Lots of good points about this experience — they arrived when they said they would, did the job thoroughly and neatly, cleaned up after themselves and were very pleasant people. We’ve already recommended them to a friend and will pass their details on to others. Thank you, Platinum!

Very good service. They came when they said they would, fixed the problem within an hour, and charged the price quoted. All round, a good experience. And the two guys who came were very polite.
