  Tim was polite and responsive from first contact. He is kind man and efficient in his work. The boiler was serviced promptly and the certification provided electronically within minutes of him leaving the premises. Very impressed all round and would definitely use Platinum Heating & Plumbing again. He also provided the most price competitive quote. Thank you Tim.
