  A VERY EFFICIENT COMPANY

  Tim came out to diagnose the problem with our boiler which was making horrendous roaring sounds. He was very polite, efficient and certainly extremely knowledgeable with all types of boilers. I would certainly recommend him for any boiler problems and diagnosis.

  Very professional and great communicator

  Tim came to check a fault and do a service on our boiler. Tim has an excellent professional manner and excellent communication. We'll definitely be using him for all our heating and plumbing work going forward.

  New combi boiler installation

  I chose Tim and the team at platinum heating to carry out the work on changing my boiler. The quote was extremely reasonable and the work was carried out promptly, professionally and thoroughly. I was communicated to effectively and any changes that needed to be made were run by me first at the time of the works being done.
