  Needed a fire rated door and frame fitted as the council are useless and haven’t done anything in months. Ryan was quick, professional and very well priced! Would highly recommend and will definitely use platinum fire protection again!

  Ryan of Platinum Fire Protection rescued me from a world of hassle when I was ordered to upgrade the front door to meet new regulations. After one call and an exchange of messages a few hours later we'd sorted out what I needed, how much it would cost and a time for him to come round and measure up. Pricing was upfront and straightforward, and Ryan supplied the fire-rated door and fittings. He was always easy to contact and quick to reply and, on the day, did a lovely neat job in nice time. Ryan made everything so easy and I'd absolutely recommend him.

  Excessive charging for fire protection work

  Thank you for your feedback. Prior to attending, it was clearly explained that this was a minor adjustment and that our minimum call-out charge would apply. As the property is over two hours from us, five hours’ labour was agreed to cover travel and attendance, plus materials. All costs were discussed and approved before works commenced. Our pricing reflects travel, specialist fire-safety expertise and associated business overheads — not just time on site.
