10/10 - Nathan managed to fit me in and came out same day to repair my garage door. Nathan explained everything to me prior to me agreeing on work needed and price. I cannot fault Nathan's professional attitude. He was kind, polite, turned up on time and knew his job inside out. He also found another fault and rectified that same time. I highly recommend Nathan Platinum Doors Southwest. Thank you for getting my garage door up and running so quickly.

Good communication reasonable price good clean job

All good , Nathan communicates well, and was prompt and efficient. Quite refreshing in a modern world where large companies do everything to make life difficult for their customers.

Nathan and his colleague today replaced the snapped cable on our garage door. On contacting them they were prompt, polite and repaired our garage door. Highly recommend them.

Having been badly let down on two consecutive days by another garage door repair company who advertised on Google that they covered the Dartmouth area I was very pleased to find Nathan's local door company who advertised through Checkatrade lower down on Google. Nathan was able to fit me in a short notice and knew exactly what to do to fix my electric garage door door and also gave it a service whilst he was there.
