  Job involved removing a fake brickwork fireplace & making everything good (wallpapering, coving, etc.). Ian was friendly, professional and approachable, quoted a reasonable price & kept me informed & updated throughout. Team was equally professional & friendly, and did a great, thorough job, with particular attention to detail. Highly recommended!

  Ian & Bobby were very prompt and courteous to the first point of call. Quotation was detailed and very competitive, in which is the main reason we chose them to carry out our project. Throughout the installation all the team were very polite and punctual and always answered any queries or questions I had. Always left there work areas tidy and cleaned up after themselves and left work areas spotless. Highly Recommend 10/10

  Small single extension/ utility room

  We were very impressed with Bobby from our initial meeting. Very prompt with a detailed quotation, any questions asked had a prompt reply. The extension was only a small project in our eyes, but there team have produced a great utility space in which we have wanted for so long. We would recommend to our family & friends.

  I was recommended Platinum Development by a friend who had recently had work done in their home. I contacted Ian and Bobby straight away and they came round with a quotation. I was very happy with the quote I received and booked in for the works to start asap! The workmanship is outstanding and the workmen were very polite and professional. I’m so in love with my new kitchen and it’s absolutely beautiful! I will definitely be using Platinum Development for future building works throughout my home!
