I spoke with Hayley last week, the three Gs showed up today. Gillian, Gill and Gemma. They cleaned and polished everything from skirting board to curtain pole, door handle to light switch and all while entertaining my two boisterous dogs. Gillian did offer to shave them but I declined. (I don't think she was joking either. ha ha ha ha ha) No fuss, no bother, no judgement, cannot fault what they did.

Excellent job done in undertaking deep clean of my kitchen. Hayley and two of her team worked solidly for around three hours. I was very pleased with the end result. i would highly recommend Platinum Cleaners and have no hesitation in using them again myself.

After being let down numerous times with my previous cleaner, platinum cleaners got in touch. They completed the first deep clean and I was so happy with the results. The ladies were so lovely and very thorough with their cleaning. I didn’t realise how bad my last cleaners were until I saw the results with platinum. I’m now booked in for a fortnightly clean and I can’t wait.

Great communication throughout, whether it was in terms of booking the cleaning, have a quote done and then scheduling the work to be done. Very professional, lots of empathy for our circumstances and also flexibility in trying to accommodate a tight schedule on my side. The girls did a great job with the cleaning itself and really worked hard. All in all very appreciative.

Two ladies came very pleasant just left them to it ,after about 45 minutes they came out all done the remit was deep clean wash tiles down, the bathroom was very very dirty as I have not been able to clean as I am in a wheelchair and an amputee for 18 months.when I went in to see they had left dust tendrills and the skirting was cleaned in some places and not others the tiles had been rubbed down but not satisfactorily the company should check after the work has been done.The job had not been deep cleaned as I would of deep cleaned yes it was a lot better butI would not use them again

I’ve got to say this is the best cleaning company by far amazing communication with Hayley booked in very fast and her girls that carried out the work Gill and gillian were absolutely faultless very down to earth and friendly nothing was to much and every area of my home was spotless couldn’t be happier that I know I can relax knowing my weekly cleans are complete
