Job location: CT5I was really impressed to receive a call very quickly from my enquiry on a Sunday I was promised a call back at 8am next day and quoted the price of the call. The engineer called on time and arranged approximate timing then called to confirm appointment. The engineer attended on time and confidently attended to my problem with my washing machine - NNaomi A

Callan responded quickly when I posted the job and the following day came to look at the oven. He was very knowledgeable and clearly cares about doing a good job for the customer. Job location: CT11Callan got in touch on Boxing Day 2025 and popped round to sort our dishwasher. Speedy and knowledgeable. He has since fixed another friends dishwasher. She is also very happy. Many thanks10 He saved the day.

We contacted Bosch as our main oven broke down. Platinum appliance care was recommended. What a great recommendation that was, here we are a few days before my granddaughter birthday and a cake to make. Callan responded immediately, came out the next day, found the problem, ordered the part for overnight delivery and fixed the oven the next day. Like a knight in shining armour he saved the day.
