As a woman living on my own, I am very wary of being ripped off by unscrupulous tradesmen. However this was most definitely NOT the case here! Spoke to Callan last night and he came out this morning. Fantastic service! Very nice man; polite, friendly and very helpful. Thankfully he had the part he needed with him and replaced the door lock there and then and checked everything was working before leaving. Will 100% use him again. I recommend him 100%. Posted a "washing machine repair" job and within an hour spoke to Callan who arrived within an hour, promptly assessed the issue and advised on next steps: in my case it was that the machine was too broken too repair economically and we agreed I should purchase a new one. He was knowledgeable and provided an excellent service, extremely well priced and efficient.
