  Fixing dishwasher

  I contacted platinum appliance care and spoke to Callan , who was straight away very helpful and knowable of what the problem with my dishwasher could be . He was very polite , professional , punctual and identified the problem straight away . Communication was fantastic right from the start . I didn’t have to wait long at all until the part was ordered and fitted . I would 100% recommend Callan and wouldn’t contact him again in the future.

  Our washing machine packed up

  We are a hotel in Margate. Our washing machine stopped working with a full load and full of water. We had guests arriving and now a back load of laundry. I found PLATINUM on CheckaTrade and contacted them. An engineer tradesman answered and dropped everything for our emergency. An engineer by the name of Callum arrived only 30 mins later. He dealt with our problem, efficiently and extremely tidy. He did the job for the price quoted of £75.00. It’’s a great feeling to hand over money and NOT feeling like you have been taken. Top class service Callum.
