Kevin quoted £4,000 to damp proof about 7 meters of lower ground floor walls in my property. He came, removed the plaster without protecting the premium wood hard floor we have, and making a lot of mess. He left me with walls that are not straight, to the point I cannot put back the same skirting boards, and he has broken over 10 sockets by removing them without any grace, losing the screws and various parts. I have now an over £500 electrician bill to pay. But of course Kevin is gone to do his damage somewhere else. Avoid him.
Response from Plasterhawks
We did put dust sheets down, I have pictures to prove! The walls where already uneven in fact we straightened them up the best we could, we did not loose any screws to the sockets as we replaced them all on the last day expect for 1 which I pointed out to her before we left and they where working because we used our hoover to clear up
The customer failed to mention it was 10m of damp proofing and we did not charge anymore.
