Jay and his team were a conscientious and skilled workers at a fair price. Any problems were rectified and solutions sought. James and Geraint have been great throughout the process. Advised on the best render for my property and even got silicone masonry paint to match once finished so I could marry up the rest of the property. Jay and his colleague arrived at the agreed time (slightly earlier actually) and carried out all the necessary preparation work quickly and efficiently. The whole job was completed within the day and the work was of a high standard with the surrounding areas left clean and tidy at the end. The work was carried out very efficiently and quickly. They had good knowledge about the way to proceed in a house of this age with no cavity wall and gave me useful advice. There was minimal disruption and dust and they tidied up well afterwards. Communication was also very good, with texts to inform me when they were coming and they were always on time. Jay did a great job of knocking off the old render a re-rendering the front of our house leaving an excellent finish.
